The location is ideal: the sailing school is just 300m away, the centre of Batz and its shops are less than a kilometre away, the supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Le Croisic with its fishing port is 2 km away.
You can also enjoy La Baule, with its bay, casino, shops and restaurants, less than 10 km away. Guérande is just 15 minutes away by car.

It's also the ideal base for exploring the islands of Houat, Hœdic and Belle-Île-en-Mer. From the nearby port of Le Croisic, set sail for a day's exploration of these magnificent islands.

For cycling enthusiasts, hire bikes are available nearby. Treat yourself to a ride along the coast, an ideal way to explore the surrounding beauty at your own pace.

Whether you arrive by TGV from Le Croisic, a 10-minute walk away, or from Nantes airport, 90 km away, this house is easily accessible.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
