Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) with bath/shower/WC. Terrace 150 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
