The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The area also has much to offer in terms of culture and history, with nearby Narbonne, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Romanesque abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, as well as many other historical attractions.

The 100 m² house is comfortably equipped for 6 to 7 people. It features a large private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth of 1.60 m, secured by an alarm.

Ground floor: Large 50 m² furnished patio with a water point, refrigerator, electric hobs, sofa and barbecue.

Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed and private shower room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 separate shower room and 1 separate WC. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

The property is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. It offers views of the swimming pool, the village and the surrounding Corbières hills. Wi-Fi internet access is available. One pet is allowed for an additional charge of €30 per week.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
