General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

In the land of the Cathars, 30 km south-west of Carcassonne, lies 'Domaine La Flotte' at the foot of the Pyrenees. On a large plot of 44 hectares, the ruins of an old farm have been transformed into a group of 4 magnificent holiday homes, nestled in a landscape of meadows and forests and with a fantastic view of the nearby mountains. The houses can be rented individually or en bloc (groups of up to 20 people, price on request) This is the description of the largest house "Syrah", 220 m² in size, suitable for a maximum of 10 people.
(The smaller houses are about 150 m².) All have a spacious living room with radio/TV, Wifi internet and modern, fully equipped kitchens, 2 to 4 bedrooms (each with shower, bath and WC), private terrace, guest WC, washing machine room and heating.

Large terrace, bordered by green hedges so that you are here for yourself. View over forest, meadows and mountains. Several tables, chairs and deckchairs as well as barbecues are available.

The Syrah holiday home has a very large living room with adjoining kitchen (two hotplates, two ovens, two fridges), several tables for 10 to 20 people, four very large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

If you want to enjoy long walks in beautiful surroundings, 'La Flotte' is just as well suited to water sports enthusiasts, hikers, nature lovers and horse lovers. Mountain bikers and motorsport enthusiasts love the hairpin bends of the Col de la Flotte and the surrounding mountain roads. The nearby Lac Montbel invites you to swim in its crystal-clear waters, while mountain streams are perfect for white water rafting. And those who love the Mediterranean can plunge into the waves within an hour.

Those who like absolute peace and quiet will feel right at home here. Nevertheless, the nearest village is only a 10-minute drive away (bakery, bank, butcher, grocery shop and restaurants).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
