House Syrah at Domaine La Flotte sleeps 10 people, but can accommodate up to 15 or 20 by adding one or two of the neighboring houses. House Syrah is located in the center of the main building and has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The adjacent houses are not rented out (to ensure privacy), except for the two houses at either end of the building, which have their terraces on the side.

From the large terrace (sheltered by green hedges), you have a view of the grounds, the pool, and the mountains.

The small pool (round, 6 meters in diameter) is perfect for a refreshing dip, while the large lake at Montbel (about a 15-minute drive away) offers opportunities for swimming and water sports.

From the estate, you can enjoy beautiful hikes (marked trails).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
