Located in the BOIS DE MARIE residence at the top of the village, this spacious apartment offers stunning South and East-facing views of the village and mountains. Situated on the 4th floor with elevator access, the apartment accommodates up to 7/8 guests and includes a comfortable layout with an entrance, independent WC, and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The living room features a convertible sofa, and the open kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
The apartment includes two separate bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bathroom with a shower adjoining one of the bedrooms. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, and ski locker. The SKIBUS stop is just 20 meters away, and the village center is a short 350 meters away. Wi-Fi access is available, and the apartment also has a garage.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, and pets are not allowed. This non-smoking apartment offers various optional services, including Wi-Fi keys and bed kit rentals. A tourist tax and deposit are required on-site via credit card imprint. Weekends and short stays are available subject to availability, and there is a 15% discount for 3-week rentals.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
