The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stair gate. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, two showers, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This spacious countryside holiday cottage nestled in Salviac, located near Sarlat in the Dordogne, is set on a former agricultural estate of over 20 hectares, offering open views, privacy, and a peaceful rural atmosphere. On the ground floor, the home features a large dining and living area with a sofa and TV, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and evenings together, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there is also a convenient separate WC on this level. The first floor offers four bedrooms, including three rooms with double beds and one room with twin beds. Two modern shower rooms, each with its own WC, serve the sleeping area. There is also the possibility of adding two baby beds for families travelling with young children.

Outdoors, this pet friendly home features a spacious private garden with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, plus a terrace and balcony overlooking the countryside. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
