The property is located on a cul-de-sac and is particularly beautiful in terms of its wide views and atmosphere. The house has a very spacious garden with a wide view over the fields. It is very comfortable and pleasantly furnished and has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a decent bathroom, a living/dining room and 2 bedrooms. The house is French, clean and tidy.
The gîte, located in the heart of the countryside in a quiet and uncrowded environment, is close to the swimming pool with a beach, sun loungers and parasols. Hiking trails, directly accessible from the property, allow you to rest and unwind in complete tranquillity.

The French owner lives a little further away, giving you complete privacy, but is there if you need help or have any questions.
Location and nearby towns: Close to tourist attractions such as Rocamadour (45 minutes away), Sarlat (30 minutes away), Cahors, Gouffre de Padirac, Grottes de Pech Merle, St-Cirq-Lapopie (the French's favourite village), the châteaux of the Dordogne and many leisure activities.

There are many farmers' markets, including the interesting Cazals market on Sunday mornings.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
