Located in Sallèles d'Aude, between sea and mountains, the Résidence Odalys Côté Canal welcomes you to this small village in the south of France whose charms and originality you will appreciate.

Located on the edge of the Canal du Midi, between Béziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne, this residence is the ideal place to explore the Montagne Noire, the Languedoc vineyards and the marvelous Mediterranean coastline.

Just half an hour from the sea, come and enjoy the calm and relaxing setting that this establishment offers you while benefiting from the numerous activities and leisure activities that are at your disposal. You will stay in completely renovated buildings with garden level apartments extended by large terraces.

There you will find an outdoor swimming pool as well as a paddling pool for the little ones, a 130m² wellness area with hammam, sauna and fun shower, as well as a restaurant.

Children can meet at the Children's Club in July and August or have fun in the playground dedicated to them.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
