The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

This beautiful holiday villa in Saint-Couat-d'Aude features a lovely cooling private pool. You have plenty of privacy here thanks to the fully enclosed garden and there are 2 bedrooms that can jointly accommodate 4 people. This property is suitable for families. In Capendu (6 km) you can do your daily shopping at the Intermarché. In Lézignan-Corbières (10 km) you can find all kinds of large and small shops/supermarkets. You can enjoy restaurants nearby and every Thursday you can order pizza from a food truck a few metres away. With the car you can easily travel to the various nice places in the area (such as Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Narbonne, Lagrasse, Gruissan etc. The accommodation comes with a bathroom including a shower and a sink. If you don't want to eat out one evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner yourself in the kitchen. The garden is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and you can park your car in the car park.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 130,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
