The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a billiard. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, three showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has two freezers, two fridges and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two coffee makers, two dishwashers and two ovens.

There’s a quiet charm to this corner of the Cèze Valley - mornings begin with soft light over the hills, afternoons drift between the pool and the shaded terrace, and evenings settle into long outdoor meals surrounded by the calm of the countryside. This spacious villa near Montclus is made for families or groups who want comfort, privacy and the freedom to enjoy days at their own pace around nature.

The ground floor brings everyone together with an open, well-equipped kitchen and a bright dining room featuring a dining table, fireplace and billiards - a natural gathering spot after river swims or market visits. This level includes three bedrooms (two with twin beds, one with a double bed), a full bathroom, plus a separate toilet for convenience.

Upstairs, you are welcomed into a roomy living area with a TV and enough seating for all the guests to relax concomitantly, along with an additional open kitchen for easy group meals. The three upper bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed, can sleep 6 guests, making it ideal for groups who value comfort and independence. A shared bathroom completes the floor.

Outside, life slows down beautifully: a private outdoor pool, sun loungers, a fenced garden, a terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and comfortable garden furniture. Practical touches like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, room-darkening shades, a washing machine and parking ensure an effortless stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
