Completely restored gîte, tastefully decorated and spacious rooms for this stone building located on a working wine estate. Possibility of wine tasting and discovery of the winegrower's trade with a walk in the vineyards (depending on linguistic ability).
The Domaine is located on the outskirts of the village of Conilhac de la montagne, in the heart of Cathar country, in the middle of nature, in an environment appreciated for its relative coolness in summer. It's an ideal starting point for a wide range of walks and for discovering both nature and culture. The proximity of the famous Cité de Carcassonne and the famous Canal du Midi (both UNESCO World Heritage sites), the Cathar castles and the mysterious abbey of Rennes le Château, all bear witness to the region's rich heritage. Nature is everywhere: vast forests, hiking trails, mountain biking, white water sports, tennis... and here you are in the heart of a great vineyard, that of Blanquette de Limoux.
The 100 m² gîte sleeps 6 comfortably and has its own private swimming pool. It adjoins an unused cellar and is set in an estate of over 5 hectares. There is a private area of around 1000 m² at the rear of the gîte and around the private swimming pool. This 7.30 m x 3.50 m pool is set in the vines and is secured by an alarm. The private swimming pool measures 7.30m x 3.50m with a depth of between 1.10m and 1.60m and is protected by an alarm.
Ground floor: large 50 m² living room with sitting area, spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and private toilet. Beautiful period wooden staircase. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 private shower room and WC. Magnificent views over the countryside. Sorry, we do not accept pets. The receptionist speaks Spanish.
