The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a balcony, a swimming pool, a table tennis table, a barbecue, an atmospheric fireplace and a football table and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, five toilets, six showers, a bath or shower and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two coffee makers, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave and a stove.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
