In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden, an atmospheric fireplace, a boules court and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three washbasins, two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

Though the entrance is shared, each home enjoys complete privacy with separate infrastructure and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for a peaceful family holiday.

Within walking distance, you'll find the delightful restaurant and grocery store "Terre Gourmande," perfect for enjoying local cuisine and picking up fresh regional products. The property also includes a secure private car park with an electric gate, ensuring both convenience and safety.

Inside, the vaulted parental suite—accessible from outside just 4 meters away—offers a quiet sanctuary for couples. A cozy lounge area and nearby pool access (6 meters) enhance the comfort. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
