This 3-bedroom villa in Pouzols-Minervois comes with a private swimming pool to take a cool dip on a hot summer day. Resting next to a forest, the villa is ideal for a family with children or a group of 5 friends. This is an area with many cycling and hiking trails. The villa is 2 km from the town center of Pouzols, where you can enjoy the streetscape and local culture. Olonzac, the lively town with its town center is 6 km away if you wish to go for a stroll. The beautiful Jouarres Lake is 8 km away, where you can go swimming and sunbathing. At 15 km, you'll find the town of Minerve, one of France's most beautiful villages. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen to grab a quick cup in the evenings. The television has, because of the satellite, access to almost every European channels. Also there is a Google chrome cast attached to it, so you can watch everything you also can watch from home. In the large garden, you have a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers before going for a swim. The roofed terrace is a very quiet and lovely place to have meals or to read in the shade.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 115,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
