On the ground floor of the holiday home is the cozy and spacious living room with two sofas, a recliner, a wall unit, and a chest of drawers. Satellite TV receives German television, and fiber optic internet is available. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with two single beds (one for the child and one for the child). The attached conservatory can be used as a dining room, among other things. The attached kitchen is fully equipped. A barbecue grill is located on the terrace.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
