The approximately 250-year-old property has been completely renovated and restored with great care. A new swimming pool (8x5m) has been built. There are three separate bedrooms with a total of eight beds. In addition, there is a studio – a small, separate apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (two separate bathrooms, two showers, four sinks, and three toilets in total). There is also a guest area with two additional sleeping options. A washing machine is also provided.
A completely new, open-plan kitchen with a gas hob, oven, and dishwasher completes the amenities. A large fireplace adds to the ambiance. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also available.
The property is eco-friendly: it has its own water source powered by a solar energy system.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
