The 100 m² main house features two inviting bedrooms, a bright living room with large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a generous terrace overlooking the valley. Here, you can share long meals, linger over local wine, or simply watch the light shift across the landscape. Below the terrace, a 40 m² apartment offers privacy for two, with its own bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Thoughtfully designed interiors include warm touches like a fireplace, espresso machine, and dining spaces that bring everyone together with ease.

Outside, a private swimming pool (open April to October) invites relaxation under the southern sun. The surrounding garden and hillside are perfect for quiet strolls or evening barbecues. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
