What a magnificent view! We couldn't call it anything else.
A breathtaking view is the first feeling that invades you when you are in the apartment. Your eyes lose themselves in the infinity of the Mediterranean blue from your sofa and you say to yourself: How nice we are! Below, the beach, but you are privileged, you may go down there

Because we want to relax in the apartment. A magnificent view, a terrace for relaxing “Facing the sea” in complete privacy. A kitchen that invites you to prepare the evening meal because this evening there is no need to go to the restaurant on the beach, the show is in front of you. A bedroom for the parents, a bedroom for the children, a sofa bed for friends who come to visit me. So I promise, I’ll go down for a swim later!

Nicolas and Alexandra entrusted us with their 65 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned. Kitchen, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, table and chairs. Living room equipped with a television, high-speed wifi internet, large storage cupboard, convertible sofa (135cm wide) 1.5 places. Children's bedroom equipped with two beds (2x90cm wide) with drawers, desk. Parents bedroom equipped with a king size bed (160cm wide), large wardrobe. Bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, washing machine. Separate WC with hand basin. Fully air-conditioned apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Municipal parking down the street.

We liked: its breathtaking view of the sea, a very beautiful renovation, excellent quality of equipment, a large terrace, elevator, air-conditioned apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
