This large property, part of which has been converted into 2 adjoining gîtes, is set in a calm and peaceful environment surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, an invitation to immerse yourself in the heart of nature, with plenty of opportunities for walks, particularly in the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, renowned for its hiking trails. There's also a white-water sports centre nearby. And if you're a history buff, all you have to do is venture into the surrounding medieval villages, renowned for their circulades. This 72 m² gîte sleeps 4 comfortably, with a private terrace facing the setting sun. The views over the surrounding countryside are exceptional. The swimming pool area, to be shared, is in a peaceful setting, just a few dozen metres from the gîte and surrounded by nature. It has an American beach, ideal for small children with 0.20m of water. The gîte has been tastefully decorated. The combination of noble building materials and the warmth of the chosen colours gives it a great deal of charm, character and conviviality. Ground floor: large 35 m² living room with lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and shower room with WC. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
