Semi-detached gîte, located on Mont Lozère, in a small, quiet hamlet (1 dwelling all year round).
On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen area, a lounge area with wood stove. pellets (bags of pellets offered as an extra) and TV, terrace
On the 1st floor: a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a 140/190 bed.
On the 2nd floor: a mezzanine with a 140/190 bed and a 120/190 bed.
Possibility loan of baby accessories on request from the owners.
The price includes: Charges, electricity and electricity. including electric heating (up to 40 kWh/day), bathroom and household linen.
The price does not include: Electricity. beyond of 40 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate), rental of sheets (10€/bed), pellets (6€/bag), end-of-term cleaning service ;day (60€), granules.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
