General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna (for rent), a terrace, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a fitness equipment, a table tennis table and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

Spread across two levels, this spacious 58 m² detached cottage offers a comfortable and air-conditioned retreat designed to accommodate up to eight guests. The ground floor features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and an open living area with a television, seating nook, and double sofa bed. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics.

The first floor houses two additional sleeping areas—one bedroom with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed—alongside a second bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Glass doors from the living space open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating.

Guests have access to a range of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared heated outdoor swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, a table tennis table, and on-site parking. A paid sauna facility is also available for ultimate relaxation.
Note: Wi-Fi, parking, and beds made upon arrival are available as paid services. These services are not included in the booking price and must be paid on-site during the stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
