The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna (for rent), a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a fitness equipment, a table tennis table and a swimming pool and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Positioned in a quiet standalone setting, this cozy 38 m² detached cottage offers a functional and welcoming retreat for up to six guests. The compact layout features a double bedroom, a separate cabin room with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the main living space, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups.

The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating nook, a television, and air conditioning for warm summer days, flowing directly into a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Glass doors open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the shared property grounds.

Guests enjoy access to a range of on-site amenities, including a shared heated swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, and a table tennis table. Additional conveniences include a paid on-site parking space and a paid sauna facility, making this cottage an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
