Welcome to Villa Monkey, managed by Valras’Loc, a modern retreat in the quiet residential area of Lignan-sur-Orb. Perfect for families or groups, this single-level villa offers a private pool, spa, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a secure garage for up to two vehicles. Located just 10 minutes from Béziers and 25 minutes from the beaches of Valras, it combines comfort, privacy, and convenience.
Inside, the villa features three bedrooms: a master suite with a 160 cm bed, private bathroom, TV, and dressing; a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and TV; and a third bedroom with three single beds and a desk. The bright living space opens onto the pool with large sliding glass doors, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Two bathrooms, including the suite, plus an additional outdoor shower and WC, ensure optimal comfort.
Outside, relax by your private pool and spa, enjoy sun loungers and outdoor dining on the furnished terrace, or explore nearby shops and local attractions within minutes. Villa Monkey is ideal for a peaceful holiday close to the Mediterranean, the Canal du Midi, and the vibrant center of Béziers.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
