Old restored farmhouse with a large private and enclosed garden, with covered carport.
On the ground floor: Living room with fireplace (wood provided), television, stereo, large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, combined refrigerator. freezer, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), shower room, bathroom, separate WC.
Fitted attic, laundry room (washing machine). Rental of sheets at the request (tel. before Friday 1:00 p.m.).
Baby bed. Terrace with garden furniture, fixed barbecue.
Pets admitted free of charge.
The price includes: Charges, electricity and electricity. 8 kWh per day, heating, wood for the fireplace.
The price does not include: The cleaning fee during or at the end of the stay (50€/service), the rental of sheets (6€/bed) and towels (5€/person).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
