The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, three single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a shower, two washbasins and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stove.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 160,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
