The Aulas gîte is in Lozère on the Causse de Sauveterre at 1000 m. 3.5 km from the A75 (exit 41). It is located on the edge of the village of La Tieule, quiet and easy to access.
Near the owners' Caussenard farm, a typical farm dating from 1789 preserved in its original style, the Aulas gîte is an old barn renovated with noble and natural materials , stone, wood, lime-hemp, wood wool…. Perfectly well insulated, it will be good there in summer. (without air conditioning) and mild in winter (underfloor heating, with wood chips).
A vaulted arch demarcates the kitchen from the living room, the windows generously let in light, the furniture is functional and pleasant to the eye.
Spacious and on one level, it is suitable for your stay. for people with mobility reduced by its access ramp, its easy circulation in large rooms, its wide and high doors.
Quality bedding is comfortable: a double bed 160 x 200 and in the mezzanine next to it. low ceiling: two 90 cm beds. Possibility of adding a single folding bed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
