General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This holiday destination is an excellent compromise for those wishing to combine seaside attractions with cultural discoveries. The lively beaches of the resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne plage stretch along the coast less than 30 km away. And, within a 50 km radius, there are plenty of excursions to choose from: Roman Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (a UNESCO World Heritage site), as well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, the Lac de Jouarres, the Bages lakes (popular with migratory birds), and the La Clape regional park (renowned for its picturesque hiking trails).

The garden in front of the house has a private, alarmed swimming pool. The 5m x 3m semi-underground pool is surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and garden furniture. For safety reasons, the barbecue has been replaced by a plancha.

On the ground floor, all the rooms have retained their original 4-sided vaults, including the lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning adjoining a bedroom with 1 x 80cm bed, ideal for 1 child, and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds with air-conditioning, 1 separate shower room and separate WC.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
