Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 70 m2, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, with privacy (5 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Terrace (70 m2), parking at the house. Supermarket 260 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 5 km. Nearby attractions: Arles 25 km, Avignon 30 km, Saintes Maries de la Mer 60 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
