My holiday home in the "Belle Ile" residence, just outside Narbonne, is a terraced house located approximately a 10-minute walk from the beach, directly on the lagoon, and a 5-minute drive from the shopping center in the town of Gruissan.

This 3-room holiday home is on two floors, practically furnished, clean, and professionally cleaned. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining area with a kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a 4-burner ceramic hob, satellite TV, WC, separate shower, and a children's room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm).

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a four-poster bed (140x190 cm) and a WC.

Sun-protected west-facing terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
