Our modern and functionally furnished holiday home is located in the "Les Ayguades du Soleil" holiday complex in the quiet hamlet of "Les Ayguades," between Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage.
It has a living area of 50 square meters and, thanks to its excellent location, is very family-friendly and peaceful.
The adjoining terrace is 60 square meters, planted with beautiful plants, and fenced.
The holiday home is suitable for 4 people. If needed, the neighboring house, which is similarly furnished, can also be rented.
Pets are welcome.
The living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, guest toilet, and a TV with satellite receiver is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
