This pleasant holiday home is the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday with the family or with friends. The house is airy, spacious, and extremely welcoming. It is equipped with an attractive design and the area offers numerous gems. Gourdon is a medieval village in the Lot, on the border with the Dordogne. You can enjoy strolling through the narrow streets of Gourdon. It is an excellent starting point for discovering the riches of the region, such as Sarlat (26 km away), Domme (18 km away) or Rocamadour (just 30 km away). There are numerous excursions available, covering cultural, sporting and culinary interests. The 2 Master Bedrooms are equipped with a private bathroom (one master bedroom has a balcony without no safety guardrails.) and the remaining 3 bedrooms share a third bathroom with shower. The outdoor space is furnished with large dining table (for 10 people) and the spacious living room offers comfortable seating areas. The huge garden of 8000m2 is ideal for lazing and sunbathing while enjoying a snack and a drink of your choice. There is a large space in front of the house for all cars. Note: You will find air conditioning in a large bedroom and on the first floor, it is forbidden to enter with shoes because of the oiled wooden floorboards.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
