Villa "Lezard Vert" is ideally located 15 minutes from Narbonne and about 40 minutes from the beach. The village is called Ginestas; the website mistakenly refers to it as Paraza.
This detached house has recently been completely renovated and furnished. It is situated in a local village setting and features a large living room/sedia, three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (including the master bedroom with an en-suite shower and toilet), a second bathroom, a separate toilet, and a cloakroom. In addition to the master bedroom, there are two further bedrooms. The 780m² garden is beautifully landscaped and maintained, with mature flowers and trees. The private 5x8m swimming pool is surrounded by ample space, a summer kitchen, a lounge area, and seating areas under olive and mulberry trees.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
