The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (heated), a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). Upon entering this cottage, you step into the open-plan kitchen and living room. This kitchen has a built-in fridge and oven. A microwave and dishwasher can also be found here.

For hot days, there is an extra fridge with freezer compartment.
In the living area, you have six chairs, a sofa bed and TV with Wifi. There is also a separate toilet in the storage room.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet can also be found here.

To add to the comfort inside, there are fly screens in both bedrooms and air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs.
On your private terrace overlooking the pool you will find a table with six chairs and two sunbeds.
The awning provides extra shade.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
