The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

In the heart of Minervois area famous for its wines, the village of Félines Minervois is near few hiking paths et biking trails. Cottage of 180 m², built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool, between Carcassonne and Minerve, for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons. On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet. On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet. These 3 bedrooms have air conditionning.
Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid may to end of september. Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills. Sorry pets are not allowed. Owners speak spanish.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
