Located two kilometers from the small village of Fabrègues, a few minutes from Montpellier and the wild beaches of Frontignan, the Residence Le Domaine du Golf*** is nestled in the heart of a vineyard, in an 11-hectare park. You will enjoy a serene and quiet setting conducive to relaxation. Ideal place of residence to discover the heritage and charm of Languedoc, its beaches and its gastronomy.

The Residence offers 218 southern-style houses spread out in the heart of a magnificent landscaped estate. Pedestrian paths mark the area and allow you to reach the houses in complete tranquility. You can enjoy a large 550m² swimming pool with a paddling pool as well as an air-conditioned fitness room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
