The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden, an air conditioner and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and five showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, an oven, a stove and a dishwasher.

Villa Rocamadour is a beautifully renovated 200 m² holiday home that blends characterful charm with modern comfort, set within 8,000 m² of fully enclosed grounds. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, spacious living areas, and a private swimming pool, it offers a peaceful retreat for families and groups just 6 km from Rocamadour. Most indoor and outdoor furnishings were renewed in 2026.

The ground floor features a spacious TV room that can also serve as a private cinema, alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area. Large French doors open onto the terrace, bringing plenty of natural light into the living spaces. A ground-floor bedroom with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom is ideal for guests seeking step-free access, while four further air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs each have their own private bathroom.

Outside, the enclosed garden provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. The private 3.5 x 11 m swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, while several sunny and shaded terraces offer inviting spaces to dine or unwind. Ample private parking is also available.

Set in the Dordogne Valley, the villa is ideally placed for exploring the Lot region, with Rocamadour, the Monkey Forest, Gramat Animal Park, and the Gouffre de Padirac all within easy reach. Gramat offers shops, a Thursday market, and family activities, while the Dordogne River, around 15 km away, is perfect for swimming, canoeing, or relaxing at the supervised pebble beach of Gluges beneath the limestone cliffs.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
