This duplex apartment in Cerbère, perched on the terraced hillside of Cap Peyrefite where the Pyrenees drop into the sea, is a rare find for a larger group - generous in layout, dramatic in outlook, and right on the edge of one of France's most celebrated marine reserves.

The apartment spreads across two levels, sleeping eight, with a double bedroom and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, alongside a living room with a sofa bed for two and a TV. The bathroom keeps the group's mornings running smoothly without the usual scramble. A kitchenette with a microwave handles self-catering comfortably, and the loggia with outdoor garden furniture frames those sea views perfectly — the kind of spot where evenings stretch naturally into night. Parking is available on-site.

Shared residence facilities include an outdoor pool and paddling pool open from early June to early October, two tennis courts, table tennis, and pétanque. The on-site diving club is available as a paid option — with the Banyuls/Cerbère marine reserve just off the coast, it's a genuinely exceptional spot for underwater exploration.

Banyuls is 7km away, and Spain is just 10km away, with watersports, sea fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and canyoning all easily accessible. Collioure, the wild Albères countryside, and the prehistoric walking circuits around Ker Roig add further reasons to explore. Barcelona sits around two and a half hours away for a longer day out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
