Enjoy a wonderful holiday in the holiday home La Bergerie located in Minervois, the land of the Cathars. Minervois is part of the Occitania region, Languedoc-Roussillon. This villa for 6 has plenty of privacy, a spacious enclosed garden (820m2), a covered terrace and a private swimming pool (5 X 9m, protected by an electric shutter). Villa La Bergerie has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WIFI, bocce court and air conditioning. Some beds and mattresses were renewed in 2024. The house is personally decorated and well maintained. One part of the villa is enclosed and, to guarantee your privacy, is not used by the owner or others during rental periods. This part (with glass front) is not otherwise shown in the photos.
The living room has a TV and a fireplace for relaxing inside. The two terraces and barbecue are perfect for evenings. You can also spend time enjoying the lovely swimming pool (salt-based) with garden furniture and sun loungers or the beautiful, immediately adjacent nature. Boules court is great for fun. Cot and high chair are available for a small fee.
Carcassonne airport is 25 km away and train station is 47 km away.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
