The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a table tennis table, a bicycle parking and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets, a shower, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Perfect for larger families or groups of friends, this comfortable rental provides full access to a refreshing, shared heated outdoor swimming pool, a table tennis table, and convenient bicycle storage, all while offering the peace of an independent retreat.

The comfortable interior features a thoughtful layout spread across two levels, equipped with an iron with an ironing board. The ground floor opens into a welcoming main living room that includes a cozy seating area, a television, and a dedicated dining space. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee maker, alongside a handy washing machine. This level also features the first bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The remaining quiet sleeping quarters are located on the first floor. This level features two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and another perfectly arranged with two single beds. A second full bathroom equipped with a bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer is also on this floor. Additional high-quality sleeping space for two is available on the double sofa bed in the ground-floor living room, and a crib can be added for an infant. Outside, you can relax on your private terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for open-air dining.

Note: Bed linen is not provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
