General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a terrace, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

3-room terraced house 35 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 379. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Canet Plage: As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree residence "Les Coraux", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Canet, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: garden (fenced). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
