This charming terraced house is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Brion, showcasing the traditional style of Aubrac housing. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious common room featuring a large granite fireplace with an insert, a well-equipped kitchen (including a freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher), and a convenient wall-mounted cloakroom. There is also a 2-seater alcove bed, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements.
On the first floor, the expansive room offers both a relaxing TV area and a games space, with a single bed and two alcoves (one with a double bed). A shower room and WC are conveniently located nearby. The second floor houses a cozy mezzanine relaxation area and two more bedrooms (each with a double bed), along with a bathroom and separate WC. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for relaxation or alfresco dining.
The property includes various amenities, such as heating, electricity (up to 8 kWh per day), and bed linens. A shared swimming pool is available, located 30,000 meters away from the house. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
