Studio Onida is located on the edge of a small wine village in a small settlement where it is very quiet. Nevertheless, shops and sights are not far away and the Mediterranean beach is only half an hour's drive away. There are also good restaurants all around, the nearest one 3 km away, others at a distance of 6 to 10 km.
You can go on lovely walks and hikes directly from the house. Information is available in the flat. And of course the owners will be happy to advise you.

Spacious and comfortable studio, part of the owner's villa, but with its own entrance and terrace. The pool can be used freely as well as the terrace and garden.
The studio consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) and a wardrobe, the adjoining living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, a sitting area with sofa and armchair and as decoration there is an old pinball machine in a corner.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower (attention: small step), washbasin and toilet.
The large garden

You have a beautiful, tiled terrace directly in front of your house, separated from the main house by a thick hedge. Sunshade available. You have a view of the garden, car park and pool (barely visible due to the plants).

In the village and in the immediate vicinity you will find many wineries where you can taste and buy. Boutenac is known for its good wines.

The hills of the Corbières begin directly behind the house. Except in the height of summer (due to the risk of fire), you can go for lovely walks here and enjoy impressive views.
Only about 8 km drive and you are at a very nice swimming spot in the river Orbieu (Ribaute) and to the various Mediterranean beaches it is about 35-45 minutes drive.
Places of interest in the immediate vicinity: Lagrasse, Fontfroide, Canal du Midi, Carcassonne and Narbonne. An hour's drive to the nearest Cathar castle, the others are a little further away (up to 2 hours).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
