The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a boules court and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 145,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
