The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a fitness equipment, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a bicycle and a patio and there are two billiards, two barbecues and two air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a bath, four showers, four washbasins and four toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The master bedroom lies on the ground floor with its attached full bathroom, including a bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet for added ease.
Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms – furnished with two double beds - each paired with a private bathroom, which makes the house ideal for families or friends travelling together. Practical comforts include air conditioning, internet, private parking, washing facilities, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs it.

Outside becomes your own little resort - a fenced garden, terrace with barbecue and dining furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and bicycles for local rides. The estate also offers fitness equipment, a drying cabinet and thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
