General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a terrace, an air conditioner, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

Recent house with large enclosed garden and good-sized private pool, located in the charming little Aude village of Argeliers. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The main local shops are less than 500 m away.
This is an excellent place to stay for those wishing to combine seaside attractions with cultural discoveries. The lively beaches of the resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne plage stretch along the coast less than 30 km away. And, within a 50 km radius, there are plenty of excursions to choose from: Roman Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (a UNESCO World Heritage site), as well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, the Lac de Jouarres, the Bages lakes (popular with migratory birds), and the La Clape regional park (renowned for its picturesque hiking trails).
The 95 m² single-storey house sleeps 6 comfortably. The 1000 m² garden features a large private swimming pool (12m x 6m), secured by an alarm. It is open from late May to late September, and has 2 tiled terraces (one in front of the house, protected by an awning, and another to the side, shaded by 2 plane mulberry trees). The solarium, also tiled, runs around the pool.
Also outside: separate WC and shower. The garden, partly laid to lawn, is beautifully planted with flowers and trees. There is a barbecue.
Inside the house: living room with kitchenette and lounge area, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 separate bathroom, 1 separate WC. Parking in the grounds. The owners speak Spanish. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
