General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace 80 m2, roofed, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (7). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Shop, grocery 270 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 350 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Plage du Racou" 200 m. Sports harbour 1.4 km, golf course (27 hole) 19 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Saint-Cyprien 8 km. Hiking paths: Les Albères 3 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint-Cyprien, 12 km.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
