No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Hip bath, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (ladder), 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Terrace 12 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: private mooring. Smoke alarm. This mooring is situated in front of the house with access through the terrace. The parking of vehicles is outside 80 m. Protective barrier of the terrace set in summer.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
