General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a balcony, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm, no lift.

Canet Plage: As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree residence "Les Coraux", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Canet, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: garden (fenced). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
