The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave.

Large kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: playroom with TV (flat screen). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Large terrace 65 m2 partly roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
